Vestigingsklimaat

A cartoon about Dutch politics. 'Vestigingsklimaat' means business climate, but the literal translation is 'settlement climate' making the Dutch word applicable to refugees/migrants as well. And our current government is more welcoming (giving tax breaks) to multinationals than it is to people fleeing war.
